Show you current usage of your device and allows you to refresh and clean useless stuff thats slowing it down

Its a nice app. Im a little surprised at how much RAM it frees up compared to other apps. I would like to be able to see more detail in what the memory hogs are so that I can see if there is any particular app that is causing my issues.
