Questions for those who love this app before rating and down loading?

Is this a monthly subscription and I hope that these are customers reviews no offense but some companies have been known to have there employees or those who help create any app in general of some sort to get height rates so that more people will buy this app please leave a comment. Like I said Im not questioning just this app because I rarely rate them as well . Ty God Bless.
